Oreo Italian Straw

INGREDIENTS

1. 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2. 2 tablespoons of butter
3. 1/4 cup cream (25 percent fat content)
4. 1 packet of oreo cookies
5. Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the condensed milk, butter and cream in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
2. Stirring constantly, cook until a thick mixture is formed.
3. Add crushed oreo cookies and mix.
4. Transfer to a greased pan (or lined with parchment paper) and store in the refrigerator until firm.
5. Cut into smaller squares, coat with refined sugar and serve.
